Timely arrival of fire fighters keeps fire from adjacent buildings

Recently Cranbrook Fire and Emergency Services received a 911 call reporting of structure fire in a town home at 2362 3rd Street South.

Upon arrival responding fire fighters found the main floor of the townhome fully involved and showing flames from a rear door.

The arriving crew of four firefighters was able to control the fire and protect the adjacent residences.

The fire is currently under investigation and more details will be available upon completion of the investigation.
