Name released in Wasa fatal accident
The BC Coroners Service has confirmed the identity of a man who died in a motor vehicle incident on Jan. 6, 2013, near Wasa.
The man is Dale Andrew Davis, aged 52, from Wasa.
A 1986 Ford pick up truck was northbound and went off the road. The truck entered the ditch and rolled over once. Mr. Davis was the single occupant and appeared to have died instantly. No seatbelt was being worn at the time. The road conditions were good, with light snow beginning to fall.
Mr. Davis was confirmed deceased at the scene of the incident.
The BC Coroners Service and RCMP Traffic Services continue to investigate this incident.
The family of Mr. Davis has been notified of his death.
