The Legendary Hockey Heroes will be coming to Cranbrook, 6 p.m., Saturday, January 28, 2012 at the Memorial Arena.

Hockey Hall of Famer Members Bryan Trottier & Glenn Anderson will join Bob Bourne, Larry Melnyk, Ron Flockhart, and Warren Skorodenski as they take on the Cranbrook Paramedics Hockey Team. Recently retired NHL Referee Kerry Fraser will add to the competitive spirit, fun and antics of the game.

The Oldtimers’ Hockey Challenge is designed to give fans and players alike an opportunity to celebrate a common joy of the game while at the same time giving much needed funds to worthy organizations. A portion of the proceeds from each ticket will go to the Key City Gymnastics Club.

Add minor hockey league initiation, figure skaters from the Cranbrook Skating Club, give-aways and local honorary players,  The Oldtimers’ Hockey Challenge is a sure winner for the entire family. The Oldtimers’ Hockey Challenge is staged in over 48 cities from coast to coast in Canada. It’s the most successful tour of its kind in North America and raises money for charity in each city it visits.

Single tickets are $25. Discounted tickets are on-line at www.imarktickets.com  Promo Code: RSOHC12 or Players Bench Sports - 1001 Cranbrook St. N. or at the Door (1hr before start of the game)
