Come out for a 13k cross-country ride

All serious and social riders. The Wildhorse Cycling Club is holding it’s first fun 13km cross-country mountain bike race of the year; Sam Steele Sunday June 17, starting at 10am. The course features an intermediate single-double track loop on ‘Chewbacca Rocka’ and ‘Waterpark’ trails. Races will include a free, fun kids circuit and race geared toward 4-12 year olds. There will be a fundraising BBQ following the race. Races are good-natured and are a great community celebration for all ages. Volunteers and spectators welcome. Follow the signs to the Eager Hills Fraggle Rock parking lot, just past the SPCA on Hwy 3/95.

The cost to race is $10.00 for Wildhorse Cycling Club members and $15 for non-members. Membership will be available for purchase on race day. $10 for annual membership (15 and under free). Membership fees and profits from events will go toward trail maps and signage, group rides, event organization, insurance, legal trails, trail building and maintenance.
