Ice win against Pats
The Kootenay ICE played the Regina Pats on Friday night, and though it wasn't pretty the ICE managed to squeak out a victory winning 4-1. The ICE win was Kootenay's first of the season. Kootenay had little time to enjoy the win as they hosted the Lethbridge Hurricanes Saturday night. The Hurricanes powerplay proved to be the difference going 3 for 7 giving Lethbridge a 4-2 win over the ICE. Next Kootenay ICE action is Sunday, 6 PM when they take on the Prince Albert Raiders.
